​Terms of Service – Bones Jones Music

Welcome to Bones Jones Music (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By enrolling in lessons, using our services, or visiting our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

 

1. Services

  • Bones Jones Music provides private and group music instruction, band programs, workshops, and related services.

 

2. Lesson Enrollment & Payments

  • Lessons are billed on a recurring monthly basis.

  • Payment is due in advance of each billing cycle.

  • We accept ACH and credit/debit card payments.

  • By enrolling, you authorize recurring charges unless canceled per our policy.

 

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for lesson cancellations.

  • Missed lessons without proper notice may be forfeited.

  • Make-up lessons are offered at our discretion and based on availability.

 

4. Student Conduct

       Students are expected to:

  • Arrive on time and prepared

  • Treat instructors and other students with respect

  • Participate in a positive and focused learning environment

  • Exhibit responsible behavior while on BJM premises and when participating in or attending our sponsored events held off-site. Any damage to the facility and/or equipment as a result of disruptive behavior is the financial responsibility of the student and parent.

  • We reserve the right to discontinue instruction to any student who does not adhere to school policies or whose behavior is determined by the faculty/staff to be inappropriate or disruptive. In such cases, the student is still responsible for all tuition and fees due and no refund will be provided.

 

5. Group Classes & Band Programs

  • Group placement is based on skill level and instructor evaluation

  • Participation requires a minimum level of preparedness and commitment

  • We reserve the right to reassign or remove students to maintain group quality

 

6. Media & Promotion

  • We may occasionally use photos or videos of lessons, performances, or events for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be included, please notify us in writing.

 

7. Liability Waiver

       Participation in music lessons and activities is voluntary. Bones Jones Music is not liable for:

  • Personal injury

  • Loss or damage to personal property

 

8. Refund Policy

  • Payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun

  • Exceptions may be made at our discretion

 

9. Changes to Services or Terms

  • We may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updates.
