Welcome to Bones Jones Music. We offer guitar lessons and classes for adults, teens, and kids. Whether you are a beginning guitar student, intermediate, or have been playing for years, we have specialized guitar lessons to fit your level. We specialize in both electric guitar and acoustic guitar lessons, with a focus in the genres: acoustic, rock, classic rock, blues, metal, and others.

Our guitar programs are designed for all types of students to reach their guitar goals in a fun, yet challenging atmosphere.

Can I still cancel a lesson or class? How should I cancel a lesson/class I need to miss?

Yes, you can cancel a lesson. We require 24 hours when cancelling a lesson. Failure to provide this notice will result in full payment for the cancelled lesson. To can cancel a lesson, please email us here: schedule@bonesjonesmusic.com
Can I schedule a make up lesson?

For private lessons: Yes, if you need to miss a lesson on any given week, you can schedule a makeup lesson with any available teacher (including your own) within the same month OR you are welcome to attend one of our scheduled Skills Workshops during that month. Lesson re-scheduling and Skills Workshop attendance must be arranged with our office manger or online. (*Makeup lesson availability is limited. Teachers and openings may not be available each week/month. If you cannot schedule or attend a makeup lesson within the same month, no makeup lessons or credits will be owed or provided. ) For classes: If you need to miss a class on any given week, you are welcome to come to one of our scheduled Skills Workshops during that month. We are not able to reschedule your class or offer a makeup class.
Can I skip a lesson/class and receive a lesson credit or refund?

For private lessons: No. You can schedule a makeup lesson with any available teacher (including your own) within the same month OR you are welcome to attend one of our scheduled Skills Workshops during that month. For classes: No. You are welcome to come to one of our scheduled Skills Workshops during that month. We are not able to reschedule your class or offer a makeup class.
What is a Skills Workshop?

Skills Workshops are classes designed to offer students additional experience working in a group setting. Students of all ages and instruments will have the opportunity to gain additional skills such as: practice techniques, chart reading, playing in a band, transcribing songs, working with another teacher, and more. Currently our Skills Workshops are run by Billy. Please email schedule@bonesjonesmusic.com for dates & times for a given month.
