Bones Jones Music was created by Billy Jones in order to offer unique, personalized guitar lessons and bass lessons for adults, teens, and kids in the suburbs surrounding the beltway including Montgomery and Fairfax County.
Unlike other teachers and music stores, Billy offers individually designed guitar and bass lessons based on your musical tastes and goals. He uses songs that you would like to learn, and creates lessons out of them. Other benefits of studying with Billy include emailed TAB documents of your lessons and mp3 recordings of the material.
Ear training, music theory, sight reading, practice techniques, sound, gear, and transcription are just some of the topics covered in his lessons. Whether it’s guitar or bass, you will receive unique individualized instruction.
Lessons are offered at two home studio locations - Rockville, MD and Springfield, VA.

The first Bones Jones Music Student Jam! 
The first Bones Jones Music student jam was a huge success!
It was Saturday Nov. 19th and was hosted by Chloe’s Coffee in
Gaithersburg, MD. Everyone that performed did an amazing job!
For most it was their first time performing in public.
